Mohammad Masudur Rahman Bhuiyan

Mohammad Masudur Rahman Bhuiyan is a dynamic infrastructure and business leader with nearly 14 years of experience delivering and scaling complex transport and infrastructure programs across South Asia and Southeast Asia. Currently serving as Country Manager – Bangladesh ACE Consultants Ltd, he provides strategic, operational, and commercial leadership to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.
Masudur has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams in delivering nationally significant infrastructure projects, including the Padma Multipurpose Bridge Construction Supervision Project, Dhaka MRT Line 5 Southern Route, Jamuna Railway Bridge, Karnaphuli Tunnel, and multiple national highway and expressway feasibility studies. His portfolio spans rail, metro, bridges, highways, aviation, power, and energy infrastructure— collaborating with government authorities, state-owned entities, international funding agencies, and global contractors.
As Country Manager, he has established and executed country strategies aligned with regional business plans, strengthened financial governance and P&L oversight, improved project reporting systems, optimized resource allocation, and enhanced debtor control. He has played a pivotal role in business development—identifying new markets, forming strategic alliances, supporting high-value bids, and negotiating contracts—consistently achieving annual KPIs and strengthening market positioning.
Previously, as Operations Manager for South Asia, Central Asia & Middle East, he revamped divisional reporting frameworks, developed performance management toolkits, drove compliance improvements, and led digital innovation initiatives to improve project visibility and operational efficiency.
Holding a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Management, Masudur combines technical depth with commercial acumen. Fatema Moriam Nisha has more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic HR, organizational transformation, and people governance across multinational organizations. Currently she is the Head of People, Culture, and Diversity at SMEC-Bangladesh (member of Surbana Jurong Group). She has played a pivotal role in global initiatives spanning leadership capability development, sustainability, and Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB), driving business growth and long-term organizational effectiveness. She is a highly accomplished leader with deep expertise in organizational design, workforce transformation, leadership development, performance and reward frameworks, and succession planning. Nisha has led large-scale change initiatives, including organizational restructuring, HR digital transformation, and the modernization of people systems. An award-winning HR professional with international education and exposure, Nisha has consistently leveraged innovation in HR strategy to deliver tangible impact.
