Project Overview

The Government  of People’s  Republic  of Bangladesh  (GoB) has decided  to construct  a completely new road alignment  of Mirersharai  (Jorarganj)-  Sitakunda- Chattogram- Cox’s Bazar  4-Lane Marine Drive Expressway  Project  for which the EOI is  issued.  The approximate  length  of the proposed  road is  170.00 KM or more.  The Government  of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh  has allocated public funds  for the cost of Providing  Consultancy  Services  for Feasibility  Study  and Preliminary  Design (Road,  Bridges,  Culverts  etc.)  for  the  Proposed  Mirersharai  (Jorarganj)-   Sitakunda-  Chattogram- Cox’s  Bazar 4-Lane  Marine Drive  Expressway  Project (Approximate  Length   170.00 Km or more) along  with  Coastal   Protection  under  Chattogram  Road  Division.   This  include  the feasibility study,  fixing up road alignment,  preliminary  design (road, bridges, culverts etc.) of the road and other related activities.

Our Role

SMEC, with our local subsidiary ACE Consultants is providing consultancy services for Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study and Preliminary Design (Road, Bridges, Culverts, etc.) for the Proposed Mirersharai (Jorarganj}- Sitakunda- Chattogram- Cox’s Bazar4-Lane Marine Drive Expressway Project (Approximate Length 170.00 Km) along with Coastal Protection under Chattogram Road Division.
